She will give you the Aqua Invitation which says, "I will be waiting for you at Heaven's end. Head to Heaven before the final dungeon to find Margaret on the tenth floor. Don't worry, no other bosses will be in the Dungeon. Along with the damage each Skill may causes, all affinities other than Almighty, Darkness and Light will change. Like most boss battle affinities, Margaret is neutral to all elements and will block Darkness and Light.
The only things that will not change is Null to Darkness and Light, and neutral to Almighty. If she uses the plain Attack, there will be no change in affinities. However, if she uses an attack with the four basic elements, her resistance to that element will switch to drain.
Do not reflect any of her elemental attacks! If you reflect the attack back at her, she will restore HP since her resistance is now drain. When it comes to Margaret using Almighty skills, all affinities will change to resistant Str. When it comes to Margaret using Mind Charge, all affinities will switch to Null. Margaret can attack twice during each turn.
What an absolutely fucking ludicrous task. Just sayin. The game's been out ten months; the statute of limitations has to be up. Also, the page you linked to says nothing about getting every Persona. To my knowledge, the only real requirements for fighting Margaret are it being at least your second playthrough, maxing out her Social Link, and going for the true ending. It needs to be your second playthrough and you need to have gotten the True Ending your first time through.
You also need to have maxed out her S. Then, on March 20th after some key things happen, talk to Margaret and she'll wait for you at the end of Heaven. She will use her Damage Attack, killing your Party instantly. You'll also need to have a Persona with the ability Endure Soul if you're going to use more then 50 turns to defeat her. If not, tried to equip the Unfinished Testimonial a gift from Nanako which allow you to endure once.
Because every 50 turns or so she'll will cast a Megidolaon that does damage on your party. When she gives her speech, she will use Morning star on your entire party then heal all her HP. Repeating the pattern of attacks when her HP were full. My be you must try it.
