Rex's character George was introduced in the third film as the love interest to Anna Faris' Cindy. As of the fourth film, George was dead, but he appeared in flashback. Without Faris' Cindy, it should be interesting to see how George fits into the story here, assuming he's playing George. Perhaps he'll be set up as a new character. Anything is really possible here. After the credits, it is revealed that Charlie was having a dream with Dom Kolb supervising him. Lindsay eventually crashes her car into the room, killing Charlie and blames it on Kolb.
